There has been an update to the JA system; below are the updated features and enhancements which have now been released:
Latest updates to JA
Features:
- We are pleased to announce we now have an integration with SafeRec.
- Ability to create a consolidated invoice when importing multiple timesheets directly from the import page. This is currently only supported for single agencies on an import file.
- Changes made to how we handle the allocation of rechargeable expenses, you can now allocate to a closed contract if done within 30 days of its end date.
- Added an optional setting which displays a warning popup when advancing a payroll period.
System Enhancements:
- Updated the employee import template further to enhance user experience.
- Improvements made to the SSP Calculation when taking the full 28 weeks in one go.
- Enhancement to the Payroll Bank Postings when all AE Pension deduction is Employers only.
- Updated the Startup Module in the Limited Platform so certain missing fields are not preventing companies from being created.
- Made improvements to the payroll batches screen.
- Various timesheet improvements, including how we handle importing multiple timesheets using both day and hourly rates.
- Enhancement made so expenses can handle expenses less than £1.
- Improvements made to the Invoices table filter when accessing Invoices within the individual employee details page.
