We are excited to announce the latest update to the JA system, featuring a range of new features and enhancements. Below, you will find a summary of the updates that have been released:
 

Latest updates to JA

Features:

• Payroll Enhancements: We have made several changes to enhance the system's payroll data-gathering process, resulting in up to 60% faster calculation speeds for your payroll batches. No action is required from your end; this improvement is already implemented.

System Enhancements:

• Email Notifications: We have introduced additional email notifications that automatically inform the accountant's email address when an employee submits an expense for approval via their contractor portal.
• Case Sensitivity Removal: A new administration setting has been added to Home>Setup called "Ignore Case on Contract Reference When Importing Timesheet". Enabling this setting allows the system to import timesheets without restrictions on the employee's contract reference based on case sensitivity.
• User Interface (UI) Enhancements: Various user interface enhancements have been implemented throughout the application to enhance usability, visual appeal, and overall user experience.
