We are excited to announce the latest update to the JA system, featuring new features and enhancements. Below, you will find a summary of the updates that have been released:
 

Latest updates to JA

Features:

• Export Documents: You now have the ability to export any documents relating to a single employee. This feature allows you to effortlessly export all payslips, pay statements, P60s, P45s, agreements and any other documents from an employee at any time.
• SafeRec Enhancements: Following our main integration with SafeRec, we have now enhanced this further so that agency names can also be submitted to SafeRec with the employees payslips.

System Enhancements:

• Company Groups: We have enhanced the company groups functionality to allow you to easily manage which employees have access to which companies at any time.
• Batch Update Invoices: We have updated the payment references which are used when adding payment to multiple invoices via the batch update invoice option.
• Payroll Manager Role: We have updated the Payroll Manager role so any users who have this role will now be able to unlock and delete payroll batches which were run by another user.
• Revert Leavers: Users who have the Company Accountant role will now be able to revert leavers, a task which could only be completed via the admin user previously. 
• Limited Company Portal: We have made several enhancements to our limited company contractor portal.
• Plaid: We have completed some essential updates for the Plaid bank feed functionality. 
• User Interface (UI) Enhancements: Various user interface enhancements have been implemented throughout the application to enhance usability, visual appeal, and overall user experience.
