We are excited to announce the latest update to the JA system, including new features and enhancements. Below, you will find a summary of the updates that have been released:
LATEST UPDATES TO JA
System Enhancements:
Employee Imports: Validation has been added to the employee imports to stop special characters from being included within the employee’s address.
Batch Leavers: The batch leavers page can now be sorted based on the employee’s start date and last paid date.
Zempler Bank: We've updated the payment integration so that this now shows as Zempler Bank instead of Cashplus, following their rebrand.
Smart Pensions: Following changes to the Smart Pensions API, we have updated the integration which caused some clients to not be able to submit pension contributions via the integration.
CIS Reporting: We have added a new CIS payments reporting view into the query tool. This will allow you to easily report on payments you have processed to your CIS sub-contractors.
User Interface (UI) Enhancements: Various user interface enhancements have been implemented throughout the application to enhance usability, visual appeal, and overall user experience.
NEW CRM UPDATES
System Enhancements:
New Product: PEO has been added into the product dropdown within the people. When seleted, this will automatically populate PEO specific fields within the persons details.
RSign: The ability to send documents for signing via RSign is now visable in all product types within the persons details.
Holiday Pay: Employee are now automatically opted in to the holiday pay scheme in the main payroll system when converted from the CRM, where the option for Auto Opt Into Holiday Scheme is enabled.
Triggers: We have updated the triggers to allow these to be actioned when a persons status is set to ready to onboard.
User Interface (UI) Enhancements: Various user interface enhancements have been implemented throughout the application to enhance usability, visual appeal, and overall user experience.
