We are excited to announce the latest update to the JA system, including new features and enhancements. Below, you will find a summary of the updates that have been released:

Latest updates to JA

Features:

  • Papdis Export: We've enhanced Papdis export performance and added extra features. Now, you can easily view exported periods and re-download files without rerunning the process.
  • Payslip Enhancements: We've updated the payslips so that we can now display employees' full year-to-date pay, incorporating previous P45 details, rather than only showing YTDs for their current employment period. As this will require changes to your payslip template, please reach out to your account manager for more information.
  • Non-UK Registered Company: We now support the ability to process UK payroll for a non-UK registered company. If you're interested in this, please reach out to your account manager for more information.
  • Trilogy Bank File: The payroll batch reports now include the Trilogy Bank File, streamlining the process of exporting payments for direct importation into Trilogy Bank.
System Enhancements:
  • Timesheet Filter: In response to your feedback, we've refined the validation process for timesheet filters when creating a new timesheet for an employee, ensuring clearer presentation of the data.
  • Improved Validation: We've implemented extra validation to prevent the import of special characters when creating a new employee through individual employee import.
  • Reporting: We have added additional information to the Illustration and Payslip View to allow enhanced reporting.
  • Company Expenses: Updated the company expenses so that the username of the user who created the expenses is shown within the expense list.
  • User Interface (UI) Enhancements: Various user interface enhancements have been implemented throughout the application to enhance usability, visual appeal, and overall user experience.
