JA Release Notes: January 2024

We are excited to announce the latest update to the JA system, including new features and enhancements. Below, you will find a summary of the updates that have been released:

Latest updates to JA

Features:

Speed Improvements: We have made several changes to speed up the load times of different pages within the system. This includes the initial load time of the timesheets, invoice, transaction and document lists, as well as; creating new timesheets, creating invoices, importing timesheets, importing expenses and the bulk update timesheets function. We would love to hear your feedback on these changes over the coming weeks.
Rsign Integration: We are pleased to announce our new integration with Rsign. This allows you to link your Rsign account with your JA system and effortlessly send documents for eSignatures.
Timesheet Enhancements: We have now added new filter options when creating a new timesheet. When clicking create new timesheet, from either the employee or timesheet list, you will now be able to filter to show any contracts where the next timesheet is within a specific period.

System Enhancements:

PensionSync Enhancements: We have made enhancements to the PensionSync integration.
SafeRec Enhancements: We have updated the SafeRec integration to allow the submission of agency details where a contractor has multiple contracts.
Private Pensions: We have made several improvements to the Private Pensions functionality. These include the ability to delete providers, set no maximum limit and the ability to add a fee based on the employers NI relief.
Attachments: Renamed Child Support Agency attachments to show Child Maintenance Services.
Payroll Improvements: We have now added a section at the top of a payroll batch which shows the total values of any timesheets which have been included within the payroll. We have also added the ability to restart any attachments which have been previously stopped.
Improved Reporting: We have added multiple new reporting views to allow easier access to the data within your JA system.
Illustrations Enhancements: We have added a new option within the illustration defaults which allows you to set apprenticeship levy to automatically be included in future illustrations.
User Interface (UI) Enhancements: Various user interface enhancements have been implemented throughout the application to enhance usability, visual appeal, and overall user experience.
