We are excited to announce the latest update to the JA system, including new features and enhancements. Below, you will find a summary of the updates that have been released:

Pending Employees: We’re excited to introduce the new Pending Employees feature. This allows you to create timesheets and expenses for individuals who have not yet been registered as employees. If you’re importing timesheets and an employee isn't found, you’ll have the option to create a pending employee. This enables you to continue the import process and generate invoices while you reach out to the person for registration. Once ready, you can easily convert them to a full employee or link them to an existing one. To enable this feature please contact your account manager.

Timesheet importer: We’ve enhanced the timesheet import process to provide more information and highlight key details. Now, when you hover over the Import Timesheets option, you’ll see a new Imported Batches section. This section displays the imported file name, the number of items, and the import status. Additionally, within the import screen, any errors will be automatically moved to the top of the page and highlighted with colour-coding for easier identification.

Payment Reports: We now support the Virgin Money payment file. This can be run through both the individual payroll batches or via the Payroll Batch Reports. We have also added the Revolut payment file into the Payroll Batch Reports section.

Import Contacts: We've added the ability to download a copy of the contact import template. This can be found when clicking import within the contacts lists.

Contracts: We have updated the contracts links on the employee's list. When clicked, you will now be taken directly to the employee's contract instead of the main contract list.

User Interface (UI) Enhancements: Various user interface enhancements have been implemented throughout the application to enhance usability, visual appeal, and overall user experience.

Agent Details: The Agents list within organisations has been updated to display more detailed information.

Highlight Mandatory: Based on customer feedback, we've improved the visibility of mandatory fields when creating a full employee from the CRM.

Notifications: Notification alerts have been enhanced to provide more detailed information and direct links to relevant tasks.

Improved Error Handling: We've enhanced error handling on several pages, making error messages clearer and easier to understand.
