We are excited to announce the latest update to the Kintec system, including new features and enhancements. Below, you will find a summary of the updates that have been released:

System Enhancements:
Timesheets
Exclude from NMW: You can now add rates to timesheets which will be excluded from the national minimum wage calculations. When managing the rates in either the timesheet or the contracts, there is now an option to Exclude from NMW. When enabled, the value will be processed as the gross value, but the hours/days will not be considered for the basic pay calculation.
Pensions
Jarvis Pensions: We now have a integration with Jarvis Pensions, which allows you to submit your pension contributions directly to Jarvis Pensions from within either calculated or posted payroll batches.
Peoples Pension: We have updated the Peoples Pension Export Report to display contribution values more accurately.
Reporting
Gross to Net: We have updated the gross to net so that it can now include a more detailed breakdown of expenses. The report can now be updated show the values of rechargeable, taxable and tax relief expenses, instead of just one total.
Emails
System Emails: We are updating our AWS SES account, which many customers use to mask the email addresses from the system. You will have recently received a new email from Amazon (AWS) asking you to re-authenticate the email address. Please can we ask you to check the email address and approve this email so that the email masking will continue to work for you and your clients.
User Experience Improvements
User Interface (UI) Enhancements: We are continuing to rollout our new user interface (UI) to customers, and if you don’t have access to this yet, then you will over the next 4-6 weeks.
