There has also been an update to the JA system; below are the updated features and enhancements which have now been released:
Latest updates to JA
Features:
- Ability to add Attachment of Earnings to an employee.
- Updated the Advisory Fuel Rates for December 2022.
- Added an option to unarchive Payroll Groups.
- Ability to set multiple approved expenses to be payable at once.
- Added an option within the Payroll Group Settings to set a specific Pay Statement to a group.
- New field added to the employee details for Working Time Regulations.
System Enhancements:
- Update to allow pension group references to be added against pension schemes to better support PensionSync functionality.
- Improvements to the GrossToNetInvoiceView for reporting.
- Enhancements to Bank Reconciliation to better support underpayments.
- Improvements to Messages, including allowing group accountants access to the messages.
- Added searches to dropdowns when creating a purchase invoice.
- Timesheet import improvements to better handle values which are more than 2 decimal places.
- Improved error messages when creating new employees.
- Description Of Work in the employees' contract will no longer be defaulted when importing employees.
- Updated the Employee Import where leading 0s in entered values (e.g. Account number) would be removed.
- Enhancements to the new payroll calculation page.
- Various UI improvements.
