Latest updates to JustAccounts
Features:
- Following our recent integration with Cashplus which has allowed you to submit payments directly to Cashplus through a payroll batch, we have now updated how Cashplus payment references are handled.
- We have updated the leaver process so that you can now select a custom late reason, instead of this automatically defaulting to H, if the payroll batch is not in the current period.
System Enhancements:
- New update to how the Multi-Leaver page displays employees, this has resolved an issue that was causing some employees not to appear on this page.
- All appropriate group accountants can once again submit a VAT Return within the system.
- Enhancement to the message within the Bank Reconciliation screen to highlight when previous reconciled transactions are clashing with the expected statement date. This now shows in the error message so user can resolve the issue clearly.
- Update to the Bank Reconciliation screen, this has resolved an issue where using Auto-Post within the Bank Reconciliation could generate a duplicate transaction.
- Resolved an issue where importing transactions via Bank Reconciliation could cause duplicate transactions to appear in the right hand side of the page.
