LATEST KINTEC UPDATES & ENHANCEMENTS

We are excited to announce the latest update to the Kintec system, including new features and enhancements.

Some Exiting Updates!

System Enhancements:

The Kintec Assured Portal is now live!

As part of this new portal, clients now have access to a dedicated Liabilities page, giving you greater visibility and control over your P32 liabilities and HMRC payment tracking.

You can also choose to provide your agencies with secure access to the portal, allowing them to view and manage key information, including:

• The total P32 liability for their agency
• Proof that payment has been made to HMRC
• A full P32 breakdown by contractor
• Download access to individual RTI requests and responses
• Invoice status
• Timesheet status
• The ability to run their own intermediary reporting

This portal has been designed to improve transparency, streamline reporting, and make it easier for both clients and agencies to access the information they need in real time.

 

 

 

System Enhancements:

Payment after leaving: When an employee has been made a leaver, clients can now run additional payrolls for the worker without having to revert them back as a live employee. This option can be found within the new UI, under the 'Actions' button when viewing an employees details who has been made a leaver.

Prior year updates: Within the Actions option in the employee details, clients will now be able to see an option for Prior Year Update. This will allow them to select a prior tax year and make corrections for an employees pay, and submit the updated figures to HMRC directly. Once completed, a document showing the old an new values is then created and uploaded into the employees documents section.
