How to mark an employee as a no joiner

1. Click ‘Illustrations’ in the menu bar.
2. Click ‘Details’ alongside the relevant lead/consultation/Illustration.
3. Select ‘Mark as No Joiner’.
4. Click ‘Ok’ on the confirmation pop-up
