- Select a company from the company’s list.
- Hover over ‘Employees’ in the menu bar.
- Select ‘Payroll Groups’ from the menu bar.
- Click on the reference of the necessary payroll group.
- Click ‘Import’ at the top of the page.
- If you require a template for this, click ‘Download Template’.
- Select a file and click ‘Import’.
- Check the information populated in the employee’s details.
- Click ‘Create Employees’ if you wish for the employee to receive an email to set their password.
- Click ‘Create Employees’ (Without Email) if you don’t want the employee to receive an email yet.
