Create a rule

  1. Hover over ‘Books’ in the menu bar.
  2. Select ‘Statements’ from the drop-down.
  3. Click on the reference for the statement you want to create a rule.
  4. Click the mceclip0.png  icon below the menu bar.
  5. Select ‘Create Rule’ and fill in all details, including name, text to search for, type and nominal code.
  6. Use the Quality indicator to choose your match and auto-post qualities.
  7. Click ‘Save’.
