Create an expense transaction
- Hover over ‘Books’ in the menu bar.
- Select ‘Statements’ from the drop-down.
- Click on the reference of the statement required.
- Click ‘Create Transaction’.
- Select ‘Create Credit Transaction’ from the drop-down and select the expense type.
- If the expense is a Purchase Invoice, you will be asked to choose whether this is a ‘New’ or ‘Existing’ Purchase Invoice.
- Enter all necessary details about the transaction.
- Click ‘Create’.
