There are two ways in which you can create a timesheet:
- Click the ‘Employees‘ tab in the menu bar.
- Click on the reference of the employee you wish to create a timesheet for.
- Click ‘Create Timesheet’ below the employee's details.
- Click ‘Create’ alongside the correct contract. Check the start date before creating the timesheet.
Or;
- Hover over the ‘Employees’ tab in the menu bar.
- Click ‘Timesheets’ on the drop-down tab.
- Click ‘Create New Timesheet’.
- Click ‘Create’ alongside the correct employee.
Then, to insert timesheet details, either;
- Click ‘Edit’ below the timesheet summary.
- Enter the number of hours/days worked in the timesheet being created.
- Enter the correct rate of pay.
- Click ‘Save’.
Or;
- Click ‘Quick Entry’.
- Enter the number of hours/days worked in the timesheet being created.
- Click ‘Add Hours’ / ’Add Days’. This evenly divides the hours/days across the contracted week.
- Enter the correct rate of pay.
- Click ‘Save’.
