- Ensure the invoice has been posted first (Follow the ‘Post an Invoice’ Helpfile).
- Hover over the ‘Trading’ tab in the menu bar.
- Click ‘Invoices’ when the tab drops down.
- Click on the invoice number of the correct invoice.
- Click ‘Add Payment’.
- Check all prepopulated information, and select the correct bank account from the drop-down.
- Click ‘Post’
