- Hover over the ‘Trading’ tab in the menu bar.
- Click ‘Invoices’ when the tab drops down.
- Click ‘Create Invoice’.
- Complete all invoice details, including all mandatory fields marked with a *.
- Click 'Save' to update these details and return to them later.
- To post the invoice to the accounts, click ‘Post’.
- To post the invoice and email it to the agency, click ‘Post and Email’.
- To update these details and email them to the agency, click ‘Save and Email’.
Please note: The email options will only be available if an ‘Invoicing email’ is set within the agency’s details.
