Create an Illustration

  1. Click on the ‘Illustrations’ tab in the menu bar.
  • If you are creating an illustration for an existing consultation, click the ‘illustration’ option on the far right of the screen alongside the correct consultation.
  • If there is no existing consultation, follow Helpfile ‘Create a Consultation’.
  1. Once on the Illustration page, select whether the rate is hourly or daily.
  2. Enter necessary details, including the rate, number of hours/days per week and weeks per month.
  3. Any default settings will automatically appear when creating the Illustration.
  4. Ensure all information has been completed across all the tabs where applicable: Income, Salary, Tax, Other,  Expenses, Fees and Referrals.
  5. Once completed, click ‘Generate’.
  6. This allows you to view a ‘Summary’ of potential earnings, PSC results, Umbrella results and Agency results.
  7. The Illustration can be downloaded by clicking ‘View Printable’.
  8. If you wish to email this to the contact, click ‘Email to Contact’, and the Illustration will be sent to the email address it's linked to.
