Approving an individual expense

1. Click ‘Employees’ on the navigation bar.
2. Select ‘Expenses’ from the drop-down.
3. Click the ‘Unsubmitted’ status.
4. Click the tick boxes alongside the relevant expense. 
5. Click the 'Actions' button and select 'Approve’ from the drop-down options.
6. Click ‘Yes’ on the pop-up to confirm.
