CRM – Create custom fields
- Click on the ‘Settings’ tab in the menu bar.
- Click on ‘Custom fields’.
- Click the
for the field to type the additional criteria.
- From the drop-down choose if this field is to be mandatory or not.
- Select from the drop-down what type of fields this needs to be.
- If the drop-down is selected as a field, a values box will appear; to enter the options for the drop-down.
- Click the ‘Tick’ to Save.
- A maximum of 5 custom fields can be created.
