How to enable/disable apprenticeship levy deductions for a payroll group

1. Select a company from the Companies List.
2. Hover over ‘Employees’ in the menu bar.
3. Select ‘Payroll Groups’ from the drop-down.
4. Alongside the correct payroll group, click ‘Settings’.
5. Click ‘Edit’ at the bottom of the page.
6. Look for the setting ‘Make deduction for the apprenticeship levy’ and select an option from the drop-down.

• If this is set to ‘True’, Apprenticeship Levy deductions will be taken.
• If this is set to ‘False’, Apprenticeship Levy deductions won’t be taken.
