- Select the company the user is in from the company List.
- Hover over ‘Companies’ in the menu bar.
- Select ‘Users’ from the drop-down.
- Click ‘Employee’ alongside the correct person to view the employee’s details.
There are 4 possible statuses’ for the list of Employees: Active, Inactive, Locked Out, and Expired.
- Active = Password has been set, and the Employee has logged in.
- Inactive = Password has been set, but Employee hasn’t logged in.
- Expired = Employee has been set up, but the password link has expired.
- Locked out = Password has been entered incorrectly multiple times.
Please note: that next to the status is the date the user last logged into their account.
