View correlation ID

  • Updated
  1. Hover over ‘Companies’ in the menu bar.
  2. Select ‘Details’ from the drop-down.
  3. Click ‘RTI History’ below the company details.
  4. Click ‘Response’ alongside the correct period.
  5. Your correlation ID should now be available to view on your screen.
