Create ShPP Maternity absence

  1. Click ‘Employees’ in the menu bar.
  2. Click on the reference of the employee you wish to add an absence for.
  3. Select ‘Add Absence’ below the employee’s details.
  4. Select ‘ShPP Maternity’ from the drop-down alongside ‘Absence Type’.
  5. Fill in mandatory details marked with a *.
  6. Click ‘Save’ for the absence to be created.
