- Click ‘Employees’ in the menu bar.
- Click on the reference of the employee you wish to add an absence for.
- Select ‘Add Absence’ below the employee’s details.
- Select ‘Sickness’ from the drop-down alongside ‘Absence Type’.
- Fill in mandatory details marked with a *.
- If you wish to add details from a doctor’s note, select the ‘Doctor Note’ tab and insert the details required.
- Click ‘Save’ for the absence to be created.
Please Note: Once this is created, the absence will be visible via the ‘Absence Details’ tab in the employee’s details.
