How to set the employee to accrue/have holiday pay paid immediately
- Click the ‘Employees’ tab in the menu bar.
- Click on the reference of the correct employee.
- Click ‘Edit’.
- Click on the ‘Payroll Details’ tab.
- Alongside ‘Pay Holiday Pay Immediately’:
- Select ‘False’ to accrue holiday pay.
- Select ‘True’ to pay holiday pay immediately.
- Click ‘Save’.
- This setting can also be changed in Payroll Group Settings. These override the settings in Employee Details.
