- Click ‘Payroll’ on the navigation bar on the left.
- Select ‘Payroll Group’ from the drop-down menu.
- Click ‘New Group’.
- Enter the relevant details to create a new payroll group.
- Select the tick box alongside the employee names you wish to move into the new group.
- Click ‘Next’, and then click ‘Submit’.
Alternatively;
- Click ‘Employees’ on the navigation bar on the left.
- Select ‘All Employees’ from the drop-down menu.
- Select the tick box next to the employee's name.
- Click (action button) and select ‘Move all into a new payroll group’ from the drop-down options.
- Choose the payroll group from the options.
- Click ‘Next’ in the bottom right-hand corner.
- Click ‘Migrate’.
