- Click ‘Employees’ in the menu bar.
- Click on the reference of the employee you wish to add a childcare voucher for.
- Click the ‘Regular Payments’ tab in the employee details.
- Under regular payment, click ‘add item’.
- Select the payment code which you are looking to use from the drop-down and complete the remaining relevant information.
- Click ‘Save’.
If you are looking to set up a deduction, please enter the value into the Pay column as a negative amount.
