This employee must either be made a leaver or must never have been paid on the system to be deleted.
Click ‘Delete Employee’ at the bottom of the page.
On the first pop up you will need to read through this as if you want to continue this will delete All Employee Details, Payroll History, Timesheets, Contracts and Expenses for the employee.
You will then need to type delete into the box and confirm you want to delete the employee, please be aware this is not a reversible process.
